Salary: 800,000-1,200,000.-HUF/month

Tasks and objectives for this role

  • Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of current user activities within our software applications
  • Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development
  • Bridge the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring transparency and enabling collaboration

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., sales, finance, customer care) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with the developer, managerial, and executive teams
  • Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
  • Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
  • Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
  • Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
  • Perform quality control on new developments prior to release by conducting meaningful testing on the developed solution
  • Facilitate the full development cycle from requirement gathering through development and testing to acceptance and implementation
  • Handle incoming requests by solving them yourself or assigning them to the appropriate developer
  • Coordinate the prioritization of development tasks with stakeholders
  • Help to maintain the agility of the development team, facilitate SCRUM events (e.g. daily standups), oversee Agile administration

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance or related field
  • 2+ years of proven experience in an IT business analyst or similar systems and development role
  • Proficiency with SQL language
  • Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Good command of the English language

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio
  • Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
  • Some experience in working in Agile SCRUM or Kanban is an advantage
  • Experience in software testing
