Currently we are looking for

SUPPLY CHAIN LEADER (LV)


Location: Debrecen (with 2 days/week HO possibility)

Package: competitive base salary + bonus + cafeteria

Type of employment: employee


Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for the whole Supply Chain System on the site in Debrecen; 
  • Coordinating the SUPPLY, PRODUCTION PLANNING, PROCUREMENT, LOGISTICS and WAREHOUSE teams;
  • Capacity planning for short-, medium- and long distance; 
  • Manage incoming orders and scheduling them into production; 
  • Coordinating production planning and develop its efficiency; 
  • Managing production deadlines, and confirmation of possible delays; 
  • Tracking of the availability of essential materials for production, including orders adapted to production, confirming availability dates, information regarding prices and other materials; 
  • Managing the delivery of the final products to the required destination and time, coordinating the warehouse operations; 
  • Managing the tasks regarding the customs administration; 
  • Registering the exact warehouse stock, managing the contracted subcontractors; 
  • LEAN projects management, participate in the modernization and optimisation of methods, processes and tools;
  • Supply the necessary resources for smooth production.

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or Business;
  • 5-8 years of relevant experiences in managing SUPPLY CHAIN functions (Supply Chain Manager, Logistics Manager, ellátási lánc menedzsment, ellátási lánc vezető, logisztikai menedzser, logisztikai vezető, Logistics, Warehousing, Stock management, Inventory, Forecasting, Supply/Demand/Production Planning, Purchasing/Sourcing/Procurement, Forwarding, Transportation) preferably at multinational Production companies; 
  • Lean or Six-Sigma knowledge is an advantage;
  • Customer focused, great problem-solving skills;
  • Adapting to different priorities, managing multitasking;
  • Can-do attitude, able to work under pressure;
  • Excellent leadership skills;
  • Residence preferably in Debrecen, Nyírbátor, Nyíregyháza, Tiszaújváros or Miskolc area;
  • Active English (and native Hungarian).
