As an implementation consultant, you will support the execution of marketing activities by partnering with our clients and a cross-functional team of experts as part of our technical services team. You will be responsible for building, testing, and deploying digital marketing campaigns, associated data flows and programs including email, SMS, push and web messages.
Support clients' technical needs on leading marketing automation platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Braze, Oracle Responsys, Bloomreach
Configure and implement CDP tools such as Tealium and MParticle
Configure tag management solutions such as Google Tag Manager and Tealium
Build data pipelines, ETL and write SQL for audience selections and analytics
Build analytics dashboards within target platforms
Configure and build marketing automation tool components based on specifications provided by an architect or senior solutions engineer
Work closely with other technical and project management teams to deliver per agreed schedules
Peer review and QA other team members’ builds
Perform functional testing of implementations to confirm accuracy
Continually learn new solutions and advance technical skills

Requirements:

Be able to speak and write in fluent English
Have a background in SaaS software implementation
Have a good knowledge of web technologies and internet environments including email software, ecommerce, web analytics, APIs and application service providers
Have an understanding of and be proficient in manipulation of data (e.g. SQL, databases)
Be able to anticipate client needs and challenges to propose appropriate resolutions
Be able to perform under pressure, working on multiple projects and meeting deadlines whilst also demonstrating enthusiasm and integrity towards colleagues and clients
Have strong written and verbal communication skills and be confident talking and presenting to colleagues and client teams
Have the ability to forge strong and trusted relationships
