Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and proactive Technical Support person to join our growing team. As a Support Engineer, you will set-up, maintain and troubleshoot our production services in Azure cloud. Additionally, you will provide top-tier technical support to our sports team clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimal operation of our AI/ML solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to resolve issues, optimize system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years in technical support or CloudOps,
  • software engineering background
  • ability to work during weekends and nights

 

Candidates need to be able to

  • monitor Kubernetes resources in Azure,
  • check ip addresses,
  • read and write JSON,
  • send http requests,
  • use docker,
  • use linux on a basic level,
  • communicate with customers (in chat / email),
  • work on weekdays and weekends,
  • work around time-zones,
  • diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems,
  • maintain detailed documentation of support activities, issues, and resolutions,
  • provide regular reports on system performance, client interactions, and support metrics,
  • contribute to the development of support guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.

 

Preferred Qualifications / Knowledge

  • bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,
  • experience working with Enterprise companies, sports teams or in the sports industry,
  • experience working with real-time audio and video technologies,
  • usage of Postman
  • familiarity with open-api (swagger)
  • PowerShell knowledge
  • German language
