SENIOR PMO (GYT)

Location: Budapest, XI. district, hybrid (2 days office)

Responsibilities:

PM Support & Deputy Responsibilities
- Act as Deputy Project Manager: run workstreams, manage dependencies, and represent the PM in meetings/steerco-style formats when needed.
- Maintain the integrated plan across governance, readiness, communications, and adoption workstreams aligned to the agreed operating model.
- Track decisions, risks, issues, and actions; ensure follow-through and transparent status reporting.
Workshop, Committee & Decision Preparation
- Prepare, structure, and facilitate workshops designed for working-level alignment and leadership decision framing (objectives, expected decisions, success criteria, outcomes).
- Own planning and content for Rapid Decision Committee meetings: decision briefs, options/impacts, recommendation, and required endorsements.
- Translate complex topics into decision-ready artifacts (1-pagers, slide decks, decision logs).
Stakeholder Alignment & Expectation Management
- Build and maintain a stakeholder map and manage expectations across contributing teams; align on scope boundaries and responsibilities (Project vs. Run).
- Ensure consistent messaging on product components, integration priorities, and dependencies (e.g., Office plugins/connector/desktop path).
Executive Communication & Presentation
- Create crisp, compelling presentations for leadership and forums such as a workplace advisory board (or similar governance boards): problem statement, options, trade-offs, risks, recommendation, and next steps.
- Provide narrative structure for decision-making: “What we need to decide / Why now / What changes / Risk & mitigation / Ask.”
- Change Management & Adoption Enablement
- Support change management for Claude Enterprise introduction: communications plan, enablement assets, FAQs, stakeholder briefings, and onboarding guidance.
- Drive adoption readiness in partnership with service owners (support model, reliability/stabilization priorities before scaling).
Test Strategy & Test Case Development
- Create and maintain test cases and test scenarios aligned to rollout milestones (e.g., onboarding flow, plugin functionality, identity/SSO readiness where applicable, logging/auditability expectations).
- Coordinate UAT planning and defect triage across stakeholders.
Community Management & Engagement
- Be active in the Claude Enterprise community: gather feedback, moderate channels, share updates, and surface adoption blockers to the project team.
- Support champion networks and capture reusable use cases, patterns, and “what good looks like

Requirements:

PMO/project execution experience in cross-functional initiatives (governance, action tracking, risk/issue mgmt, steering preparation).
Demonstrated ability to create executive-level presentations and decision documents (clear options, trade-offs, recommendations).
Strong facilitation skills for decision-oriented workshops and structured stakeholder alignment.
Knowledge/experience in change management (communications, enablement, adoption metrics, stakeholder engagement).
Comfort working with technical and service topics and translating them for non-technical audiences (e.g., readiness gates, support model, operating model).
Experience writing test cases and coordinating UAT across multiple stakeholders.
Candidate needs to be to be currently eligible to work in Hungary
