SENIOR BUSINESS PRODUCT ANALYST (NM)

munkakörbe.

 

Munkavégzés helye: Budapest, XIII. kerület, hibrid

Fizetés: Versenyképes

Munkavégzés formája: Teljes munkaidős, kontraktor


Tasks:

  • (Standby) Support: Maintain continuity of deployed products, support incident management, and assist with technical configurations, including standby duties
  • Test management: Perform integration testing and user acceptance testing
  • Business process change: Understand and document current business processes, identify inefficiencies, design new to-be processes, and support business changes.
  • Requirements gathering: Uncover user requirements, translate them into features, and support the Product Owner (PO) in prioritizing features.
  • Stakeholder management: communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Data Management: proactively investigate data related issues such as integrations to support application operations
  • With the cross-functional team situated partially in the Netherlands and partially in Hungary, the BPA acts as the bridge to provide context and clarity to their direct colleagues.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor-level education 
  • Pro-active mindset: Take the initiative to reach out and create (business) relationships where needed and have a pro-active and curious attitude
  • Analytical skills: Ability to quickly distinguish main issues from side issues. 
  • Data skills: Some familiarity with the workings of API’s is a pre, as well as knowledge of SQL.
  • Documentation skills: Perform documented, reliable analyses and structure requirements accordingly. Some experience in business process modelling is a pre.
  • Perseverance & result-oriented: Willingness to go the extra mile and achieve results.
  • Communication skills: Good social and communication skills to connect with all stakeholders and to form the bridge between the NL and HU based colleagues.
  • Furthermore, you must be willing to
  • Work from the Budapest office for at least 1 day per week.
  • Occasionally travel to the Netherlands to connect with the Netherlands based team members and the business stakeholders.
  • Take part in the rotating stand-by duty schedule, providing business support outside regular working hours including weekends when on duty.
