Tasks:

Make use of the right technology and govern architecture for products in line with the organizational objectives, ensuring that the right technologies are chosen to strike an optimal balance between achieving business goals, realizing functional and technical requirements, and managing technical debt, development costs, and continuity costs.
Design and implement the overall architecture aligned with other optimizers for the product to deliver
Translate business needs into compelling products and deliver them to end users so that business value is created
Take care of specification, design, engineering, testing, delivery, maintenance, monitoring, and support of digital products
Foster a culture where state-of-the-art approaches, tooling, and technologies are applied as fits with the mission of the department, the KPI and desired business impact.

Requirements:

Multiple years of experience working with SAP ERP and developing both standard as well as freestyle SAPUI5 apps
Extensive knowledge of ABAP, OOABAP and CDS views is an important part of the role expectation. Minimum of 5 years’ experience is required.
Exposure to SAP Gateway, SAP Fiori and configuring and building custom OData services and RAP (would be a plus)
A SAPUI5 developer with a minimum of four years of experience within the SAPUI5 framework and SAP Fiori guidelines
Good knowledge of RICFEW objects and deep focus on enhancement
Knowledge of code push-down techniques with HANA and S/4 HANA
ABAP on HANA exposure (CDS view, AMDP, Calculation Views, SQL SCRIPT)
Experience in working with Integrations with SAP and non-SAP applications using REST, SOAP , ALE/EDI, etc.
Knowledge of writing clean and efficient code to optimize application performance.
Experience working with Agile, Scrum.
Knowledge of developing and deploying in VS Code for front-end and Solution Manager for backend developments.
Preferably Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other relevant fields
Experience in coaching and knowledge sharing to familiarize teams with software engineering best practices.
Knowledge with and experience in agile way of working (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Agile)
Great communication skills, written and spoken (English) and teamspirit
In addition, the following requirements are considered nice to have:
Experience with S/4 HANA brownfield conversion or greenfield implementation projects
Decent Javascript experience, Typescript would be a plus.
Experience with versioning and code reviews through GitHub, CI/CD, and GitHub Actions would be a plus.
