Main activities:

  • Leading the Agile Transformation process: building, increasing and sustain maturity of high-performing self-organized Agile teams
  • Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones
  • Leading, training, and coaching the organization in its Agile/Scrum adoption, incl. the Scrum values
  • Guides, trains and coaches the agile team/s. Supports the Scrum Master in building high-performing self-organized teams that enable organizational effectiveness.
  • Maintain the use of metrics and other objective measures across teams and organization level. Coaches the teams and the larger organization to employ an iterative, incremental approach to optimize predictability and to decrease uncertainty
  • Conducts contemporary assessments of the Agile maturity across the organization and proposes and implements measures for improvement
  • Maintain local Agile Management frameworks, methodologies, practices, processes, standards, software solutions and templates (including standard and Hybrid projects) in accordance with industry standards and Group requirements
  • Responsible to define, communicate, enforce, and monitor the usage of the methodologies, templates, and standards
  • Ensures a strict governance process for Agile teams approval, project/team review and project portfolio prioritization


Skills to have:

  • At least 3 years experience as an agile coach in Agile environment: introduction and implementation of Agile/Scrum Core Values, Principles and Practices in several (2+) Agile teams
  • Hands on experience with setting up new Agile teams, monitoring and nourishing the maturity of existing Agile setups
  • Solid understanding of processes and methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean, LeSS, SAFe®, Nexus, Spotify, ScrumBan, XP, Test Driven Development, Project Management, MS package, JIRA®, Confluence®, Service Now®, etc.)
  • Experienced in dealing with difficult situations and resolving conflicts and problems
  • Lead and influence without formal authority
  • Persistence and a strong orientation towards achieving goals
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Good mentoring, leadership and relationship management skills
  • Proven communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Good skills to work under pressure
  • Good knowledge in the delivery of banking software and banking/software development/IT
  • Certified PSM, CSM®, A-CSM®, CSP-SM®, SAFe® will be considered as a strong advantage
  • Good command of Hungarian AND English -written and spoken
